I know that one....................called "Varavelpu" with Revathy, what a superb team they made (BTWay, she is related to me by marriage)
..............in his opening Gulf returnee scene the dog drives him up a coconut tree in his own family house!!

M'lal's Naadodikaate and the sequels with Srinivasan are classics and he was somewhat trim also then...............but plump or not I still think NOBODY BUT NOBODY can act anywhere close to him
