I have also had some bad/good moments trying to smile and nod at other Indians while living in the US...............some did not respond, some did and we became friends and some turned out not to be Indians at all!!
It is lazy, just sitting sipping kaaafeeeee and eyeballing the wor das it passes by
me is good at that!!

That was a vrey fine and heartfelt tribute to a great soldier
.................maybe the fact that politicians did not turn up to pay last respects is again a sign that he did not flatter them and always stood up against them for his men. Am not an Army person but relatives who have served say he was as as fearless about sticking to the truth as he was on the field.
May his brave soul rest in peace
